King's Games - TONIGHT! (And, Wednesday and Friday)

The Sacramento Kings have invited us to collect donations for the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami during this week's home games. Volunteers will be staffed at entrances around the concourse (in groups of two) to gather donations in donation cans. Please wear your Red Cross gear or disaster vest!

Dates: Tonight, Wednesday the 16th and Friday the 18th.

Time: Arrive at 5:00 p.m., stay until the end of the game

Parking: Names will be on the parking list at Toll Plaza 9 – entrance off Truxel Road

Entrance: Use the Security Entrance – someone from Community team will meet all volunteers and escort them to the table

KCRA Telethon - TUESDAY

KCRA is hosting a telethon tomorrow (Tuesday) for the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami. We have three volunteer shifts available. Volunteers will be answering phones, and collecting donations/pledges using a script. Please wear your Red Cross shirts (no disaster vests).

Date: Tuesday, March 15

SHIFT 1: 4:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

SHIFT 2: 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

SHIFT 3: 2:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Meals and snacks will be provided. Additional volunteer details will be provided once you've signed up for a shift.
